Targeted support to prepare for SEND-related lines of enquiry in readiness for inspection, including documentation prep and deep dives.
Includes: Documentation review, observations, stakeholder interviews, and leadership feedback session.

Ongoing coaching and supervision for SENCOs and new inclusion leads to embed effective practice and boost confidence.
